5. Free Plan & Pro Subscription

The Free plan is provided at no charge and includes core proforma invoice features with certain limitations. Pro and Business plans are available on a subscription basis billed monthly or annually. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as specified in our 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

6. Intellectual Property
