  2. Add your client's details
  3. Enter invoice number, date, and due date
  4. Add line items with descriptions, quantities, and prices
  5. Set tax rate and any discounts
  6. Choose a template from the 5 available options
  7. Click "Download PDF" to save your invoice

The app auto-saves your work every 30 seconds, so you won't lose any data.

Is my data secure and private?

  5. Your logo will appear instantly in the preview

The logo is saved locally and will appear on all your invoices until you change it.

Why is my PDF not downloading?

If your PDF isn't downloading, try these solutions:

  • Check popup blocker: Your browser might be blocking the download
  • Clear cache: Clear your browser cache and reload the page
  • Try another browser: Test with Chrome, Firefox, or Edge
  • Check Downloads folder: PDF might have downloaded but not shown notification
  • Disable extensions: Some ad blockers interfere with PDF generation

If problems persist, try the "Print" option and save as PDF from the print dialog.
